Job Descriptions:

Loan Officer (Inside Sales): You must have 1+ years of retail mortgage experience (B/C strongly preferred), extensive knowledge of the residential mortgage-origination process & federal disclosure laws. Leads are provided. This position requires good organization, attention to detail and strong closing skills. Effective communication skills and an outstanding customer service attitude are essential. Knowledge of Calyx Point is beneficial.

Loan Processor: Individual will maintain a loan pipeline & work closely with 4-6 Loan Officers to maintain a quick turnaround time on all loans. Requires 1-2 years mortgage loan processing experience (Calyx Point experience strongly preferred). Must have ability to follow guidelines, be deadline oriented, be knowledgeable in Federal Compliance Issues, and be able to communicate effectively with customers. Good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) a plus.

Loan Originator (Outside Sales): You must have 1+ years of proven origination experience in the mortgage industry. This position will be responsible for the sale of residential loans. Must have the ability to build and maintain a pipeline. Will be responsible for finding prospects, taking applications, and placing loans in appropriate programs. Assists in the gathering of information required to approve and close the loan. Requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail. Works independently and must be a self-starter.
